NOTR - MATTHEW TEN THIRTY FOUR - 4.1.19

Today's Show: MATTHEW TEN THIRTY FOUR - 4.1.2019

Chris discusses Matthew 10:34 in light of current events.  A new story about Representative Stephanie Borowicz who gave a prayer of invocation at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, in which she went out of her way to proclaim the name of Jesus Christ again and again.  At one point, she declared that “At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow,” which has caused Democrats and at least one Muslim lawmaker to take offense.  Movita Johnson-Harrell (the first Muslim woman elected to the General Assembly) said the prayer was “highly offensive to me, my guests, and other members of the House.”  Critics of the prayer argue that it was somehow contrary to the principles of Christianity as if a true “Christian” prayer would not make anyone upset.  But is that really what Jesus taught?

NOTR - THE LIMITS OF A FREE PRESS - 3.28.19

Today's Show: THE LIMITS OF A FREE PRESS - 3.28.2019

Chris discusses the recent outcome of the Russia Collusion investigation by Robert Mueller, that has been persistently fomented by the Mainstream Media.  While many people argue that there was never any evidence of “collusion” with Russia, the question some are asking now is whether the mainstream news outlets that kept pushing the story should be held accountable by law.  But what are the limits of a free press?  Should media companies that claim they represent “NEWS” and go out of their way to promote their information as “trusted” and “accurate” be given a pass if they engage in outright dishonesty?  And should there be a greater level of accountability for news agencies that are given access to the highest levels of government in the United States?  Especially since their reporting can dramatically impact the entire population of our country, and the nations around the world?

NOTR - THE BLOOD OF THE MARTYRS - 3.23.19

Today's Show: THE BLOOD OF THE MARTYRS - 3.23.2019

Chris discusses the rising tide of persecution against Christians around the world, with reports of attacks against believers in Nigeria, India and elsewhere.  It is now reported that persecution against believers in Jesus Christ is worse now than ever before in history.  We review Revelation chapter six and what it foretold through the souls crying out beneath the altar of God in Heaven.  The evidence from the Bible and history strongly suggests we are witnessing the fulfillment of prophecy before our very eyes, in these tragic current events.  Also discussed are some of what independent conservative media reports about persecution against churches and believers that is largely overlooked by mainstream media.

NOTR - PERSECUTION, JUDGE JEANINE & ISLAMOPHOBIA - 3.19.19

Today's Show: PERSECUTION, JUDGE JEANINE & ISLAMOPHOBIA - 3.19.2019

Chris discusses the stories surrounding the recent attack on mosques in New Zealand, in contrast to the persecution of Christians in Nigeria, and the destruction of churches in many parts of the world.  Why does Western media continue to ignore or marginalize the suffering of Christians?  Will Western Civilization shake itself out of its slumber and begin to reassert its Christian heritage?  Also discussed is the controversy involving Judge Jeanine Pirro, whose remarks against the Congresswoman, Ilhan Omar caused her show to be cancelled last week.  Judge Jeanine confronted Omar’s anti-Semitic remarks, questioning their origin, since they are contrary to the beliefs of the Democratic Party; and questioned whether Omar’s wearing of the hijab was indicative of her adherence to Sharia law.  Hear audio of Omar explaining to a Muslim journalist why she chooses to wear the hijab in America.

NOTR - ILHAN OMAR, DAVID DUKE & GUN CONTROL - 3.12.19

Today's Show: ILHAN OMAR, DAVID DUKE & GUN CONTROL - 3.12.2019

Chris discusses some of the current events, with the controversy around Ilhan Omar, the Muslim Congresswoman who has been confronted for her anti-Semitic comments.  Omar has been supported by CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) and other radical, socialist and Islamic groups.  The calls for her to be removed from Congress have been dismissed by the Democrats, and it appears to some that the party has become more and more anti-American.  But Omar has also received support from former grand wizard of the KKK, David Duke who has called her the most important member of Congress, because she has spoken against the Jewish supporters of the State of Israel.  Also discussed is a new story from the NRA-ILA website about how the State of Hawaii is now openly calling on the U.S. Congress to “change or repeal the Second Amendment.”

NOTR - VATICAN TO OPEN ARCHIVES ON WWII - 3.6.19

Today's Show: VATICAN TO OPEN ARCHIVES ON WWII - 3.6.2019

Chris discusses a new story about how the Pope has announced the Vatican will finally open its secret archives from World War II next year in 2020.  For decades, the Jewish community has desired to see the Vatican’s records during the reign of Pope Pius XII (a.k.a. Hitler’s Pope) because of the suspected collusion between the papacy and the Nazis during the war.  Some sources today have argued that Pius XII was a hero who helped Jews escape persecution. However, back in 1999, the book “Hitler’s Pope” by John Cornwell told a different story, charging the war-time pope with anti-Semitism.  Also French author Edmund Paris recorded the relationship between the Vatican and Nazi Germany, and that “national-socialism was born purely and simply out of Catholic ideas” during the 1930’s.
